Hill Gruau SV is the sole UK distributor for Group Gruau Special Vehicles. Founded in 1889 Gruau is the largest and most respected light commercial vehicle conversion specialist in Europe. In 2007 Gruau carried out 55,000 conversions, many for the motor manufacturers themselves.

The level of accreditation for wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVS) is a major issue and an increasing number of national agencies and organisations plus insurance companies are already interested in working towards legisation and control of the build to M1 status (M1 is the type approval standard for passenger car safety).
